TERRIBLE TERRIBLE COMPANY
FALSE ADVERTISEMENT & THEY DO NOT OFFER THE SERVICES DISCUSSED! They only talk to you every so often via appointment but you literally do EVERYTHING YOURSELF! We hired them because we were clueless on these issues but they're just continuing to make more problems for us! Also, delaying our tax returns because they're creating problems.

Heartbreaking waste of $2,000
So... a big fat warning for you small business owners... I was trying to keep my business all legal and legit, and 1800account seemed like an awesome solution although holy cow... it's sooo expensive, (Over $2,000 a year) especially seeing as how we weren't even making any profit yet. But we bought it and got a team member, Theresa T, who seemed SO awesome at first! During our first phone call, she promised to research all these international tax questions we had! And we were so excited! But then on our next phone call we had to remind her about it, which was annoying because we were waiting on her so we could complete our next steps! So she again promised to do the research and get us answers. She also didn't know some basic tax questions we had which was funky. It's been quite a while and we finally gave up on her trying to help us with that. But recently, since it's tax season, we asked her some questions about how we should file, and we never got an answer. So we messaged again on the portal she said she ALWAYS answers within a day and said it's super urgent because we only have a few more days left to file! And still nothing. So basically we wasted $2,000.00 on 1800account when we still aren't even making ANY money in our business yet. It sucks, to say the least. I'm sure not all the team members are like this, but she was, and I just wanted to warn you guys so you don't lose the money like we did!

We will only be refunding three fees as we completed the client's books but were awaiting one other piece of information in order to finalize it We are also willing to send the client her statements but a full refund will not be refunded at this time due to the fact that the client's books were completed and we are trying to reach a middle ground by issuing a 75% refund If the client accepts the refund offer, we request that she inform us through the Revdex.com Thank you
