Phone call saying warrant for my arrest if I didn't call back

They called my niece and left a voicemail. I don't know how they got her number. They were saying my name wrong in the message.

The call said if I didn't get a hold of them they were going to put out a warrant for my arrest. It was just a voicemail so I didn't talk to anyone. The number they left was 1(866) 921-1930 and I looked it up and it's from Oklahoma.
