Called about a home warranty and got charged before I got anything

I was looking into a home warranty policy and talked to someone on the phone. They told me I would not be charged until I actually received the policy in writing or whatever.

I never got any policy. No email, no paperwork, nothing. But they charged me that same day anyway. I called the number back, 1(888) 508-7913, and it just feels wrong. I didn't lose money because I caught it but still. Why say you won't charge until I get something and then charge me right away?
