Nonstop calls about mediation but no one ever picks up

This number keeps calling me about some mediation for an account. They call non stop. But when I answer it's just an automated person trying to get me to pay money. No one ever actually picks up the phone to talk to me.

I don't even know what account they are talking about. They just keep calling from this Newburyport MA number. I never answer anymore because it's the same thing every time. Just a recording asking for payment.
