Multiple calls about a loan I never applied for

I keep getting phone calls from this number (302) 437-2156 and a bunch of other numbers too. They say I was selected for a loan or that I applied for one. I never applied for any loan. I told them multiple times to take me off their call list and they just refuse.

They call from different numbers in Delaware. I have not lost any money but it is annoying. I asked them to stop and they will not listen.
