Call about a preapproved loan coming from different numbers all day

This number keeps calling me about a preapproved loan. They call like 8 to 15 times a day every weekday from different numbers so you cannot block them. Its pretty much hourly. Every voicemail they leave has the same call back number 321-395-8866.

If you answer or call that number back they give you a spiel and tell you to press 2 or 9 to talk to their loan specialists or get removed from their call list. It does not work. If you actually get a person they say theyre removing you but they never do.
