Phone call about my diabetes diagnosis and private health info

Someone keeps calling from this number (360) 553-3191. They claim they bought my private health information, including that I'm a diabetic. I'm a physician so I know this is a clear HIPAA violation, profiting off selling my private info.

I keep telling them to stop calling but they won't stop. They just keep calling and calling. I haven't lost any money to them but it's really frustrating they have my medical diagnosis and won't leave me alone.
