Paid $78 for business cards and never got them

I ordered business cards on June 2nd and paid extra for expedited shipping. The total came to $78 US. They said it should be delivered by June 11th at the latest.

Well it’s past that now and I still have nothing. I tried contacting them multiple times but there is no phone number and no email address. Everything goes through some dumb AI assistant on their website. I never got a single reply from a real person.

I’m a small business and I’m struggling. $78 is a lot for me right now. I’m just really disappointed.
