Calls saying there's a complaint against my elderly mother

I keep getting calls from this number (505) 207-8428. They say there is a complaint filed against my elderly mother. They don't say who they are or what company they are from.

It's just a recording telling me to call back. I haven't lost any money but it's really upsetting. My mother is old and she doesn't need this stress. I don't know what to do about these calls.
