Locksmith put in the wrong lock and then just left

I showed him the exact lock I wanted, even the brand and the style. Told him I needed it keyed to match the rest of the house. So he comes back and puts in some cheap, totally wrong lock.

Then he gets all insulting, says he doesn't trust me. Made me show him my driver's license and he even took a picture of it. Said he was going to his car to get the right lock. Instead he just got in and drove off. Never came back. I've called the number on the business card but nobody ever picks up. This place is a scam.
