Ad online for a hanging product that does not work at all

I saw this ad on the internet and thought it was something I needed for hanging. So I sent all my pictures for it.

When I received it, it doesn't work at all. Now I have no way of getting a return which they guaranteed me. I lost like 30 dollars on this.
