Getting calls and texts threatening legal action

I keep getting calls and texts saying they’re taking legal action against me. It’s really unsettling. The calls come from one number, and then they tell me to call a different one to sort it out.

I tried calling the 877 number they gave, but no one ever answers. It just rings and rings. The whole thing feels off, and I never signed up for anything that would cause this. Now I’m just getting these messages and I don’t know what to do.
