Job offer about picking up packages and shipping them from Kentucky

Someone called me from this number (859) 251-2503, said they were based in KY. They offered me a job picking up packages from different stores, printing labels, and then shipping them out. Said I would make $4000 a month for doing it.

It just felt off. Like why would someone need me to do that? I didn't send any money or give them anything but the whole thing didn't make sense. No real company name was given just the phone number and that they were in Kentucky. I didn't reply after that first call.
