Delivery driver left a note but the website says possible scam

A delivery driver knocked on my door and left a note from A+ Delivery Services. It had a reference number and told me to contact them by phone or go to their website, www.aplusdelivery.net.

When I went to that website, it said "possible scam alert" and that their certificate wasn't correct. It gave a number to call, 1-800-691-0591. I called about this delivery they said needed a signature. I asked what it was, but they wouldn't tell me what they were trying to deliver.

I didn't give her my information to set up a delivery because she couldn't even say what it was. That just sounds crazy to me. If this is legit, they should be able to tell me what it is.
