Voicemail saying I’m being sued for fraud over a tire loan from 2020

I got a voicemail from someone named Nina Berry saying she was contacting me about a claim. She left a number 855-546-3074 and a claim number G113-7578. So I called it.

Guy answers, says his name is Michael Dupree and he’s from Davidson County Courts. He tells me I’m being sued for fraud by Acima for a loan from 2020 for tires. I didn’t even know what he was talking about.

I called the actual Davidson County Clerk’s office and they said I have no lawsuits against me. So this whole thing is just a scam trying to scare me.
