Phone call about a loan I never got from Adam Litigation

I got a call from someone named Daniel Sanchez saying he was from Adam Litigation. He told me I was about to be served papers for a loan I never even got from some bank. The number was 866-921-1730.

I looked up that number online and it came up under scam alerts on the BBB site. I also tried to find anything on Adam Litigation and there's nothing. No company info at all. But they had my old and new address, where I work, my birthdate, and even my social security number. That part really bothered me.
