Bought a pastry on TikTok but got something totally different

I saw this fig cranberry sesame walnut pastry on TikTok and it looked really good. The ad showed a whole box of them. So I ordered it. Cost me like 40 bucks.

What showed up was just 3 and a half pieces of something. Definitely not what I ordered. I emailed TikTok about it and they said they don't have anything to do with third party accounts. Then I tried emailing the seller at [email protected] a few times but they never wrote back.

So now I'm out the money and I have no idea what to do. Just feels like a total waste.
