Paid for crypto training then they locked my account and asked for more

I got paid 75 dollars in Bitcoin for doing some training with them. They told me if I wanted to keep going with a position at their company I needed to put in another 35 dollars in Bitcoin. So I did that.

Then after I added that money to my account they locked it completely. They said now I had to add another 162 dollars in Bitcoin just to get my own money back off the account. I already lost 112 dollars total and I don't trust them at all. Their website is adsfluxa.adsods.com and the number they used was 1(702) 202-5471.
