Letter about a loan for my dead spouse I never applied for

Got a letter in the mail from 1750 Forest Drive Suite 195 in Annapolis, MD. It says something about a loan request but my spouse passed away a while back. No way they applied for anything.

The letter had a phone number (888) 249-5530 on it. I didn't call it. Just felt wrong. It's saying I owe money or something but I never asked for any loan. No company name on the letter either just that address and phone.

I'm not sending them anything. Just wanted to report it. Feels like they're trying to get money out of me for something that doesn't exist.
