Approved for 3100 but they stopped answering

They said I had been approved for 3100 and they would give me 1600 in cash. Tried to connect my bank account through PLAID and it wouldn't connect. They told me to upload my bank statement through pdf, which I did. Then they just stopped answering the phones. Never got the money or anything. Their address is in Virginia Beach, VA.
