Phone calls about a debt I do not owe with no number showing

I have an unlisted phone number so I don’t know how they got it. Advance Financial Services Inc. keeps calling and saying I owe them money or have some account with them. They tell me to call the number on my caller ID but no number ever shows up.

I am 85 years old and I think they might be targeting me because of my age. I know older people can be more vulnerable to this kind of thing. They just keep calling and I have no way to call them back.
