Paid for an order and got an order confirmation, then they said they never got my money.

I ordered a trigger from advancedresettech.com and paid $240. I got an order confirmation with a number and everything. I followed up later and they told me they never received the payment. Then they said I was never even charged. After that, they said they only accept crypto currency.

I asked them why they accepted my credit card in the first place and sent me a confirmation if that's the case. They just stopped replying to my emails after that. The money definitely came out of my account. It just doesn't make any sense.
