Affordable Divorce

I went to this business, looking for an affordable divorce and I filed for divorce in March. When the owner of the business got the needed papers, she did not turn them into the courts in a timely manner. Emails and phone calls were not returned in a timely manner or not even returned, and when the owner did return them, she was very rude about it. Would not file documents in a timely manner and would not contact me about documents that needed to be signed. When I asked the owner for a refund to make up for her untimeliness, she changed the subject and would not even acknowledge that I asked for one. When I asked the owner of certain documents or of dates, she would not acknowledge that I asked or she would change the subject. When I asked for documents and dates pertaining to court or the divorce, the owner would give excuse after excuse and they did not add up.
