Ordered quilted laundry baskets but got cheap items with no quilting

I bought two “quilted” laundry baskets from their website www.aiorrax.com. What showed up was nothing like the pictures. Poor quality and zero quilting on either one.

I asked for a full refund right away. They made me send photos of the items first. Then they said I could donate them and get a 15% off coupon for next time. Plus they wanted me to pay all shipping back to Hong Kong and a 5% restocking fee. They still haven’t given me a return address.

I think I’m out $80 and really unhappy. The website shows these beautifully quilted baskets but it’s the complete opposite. Nothing is quilted. It feels like a total scam.
