Bought a wallet from Airris USA, got a fake tracking number and no item

I bought a wallet on a chain from Airris USA Limited for $227.85. They were advertising it as a Nordstrom sell out. They gave me a tracking number but it doesn't work with any delivery service here. The number is completely untraceable.

I never got the item. I made the purchase on October 23rd. They never gave me any actual third party delivery service info so I could even check where it is. Nothing.
