Wondering if the Akemi Slim patch actually works for belly fat

I just want to know if the Akemi slim patch for belly fat loss is as advertised. I saw it online and it sounded good but I'm not sure if it's real or not. I didn't lose any money yet because I didn't buy it.

I'm just trying to figure out if it works before I spend anything. There's no phone number or website on the ad I saw, just the name. It seems like one of those things that might be too good to be true.

I'm not saying it's a scam or anything. I just want a straight answer about the product.
