Phone message about a discrepancy with a client that doesn't seem real

Got a phone message from some guy saying he was Alan Hoffman and he was reaching out about a discrepancy with one of their clients. I tried calling back the number, 1(877) 884-1881, but it's not a real number. Can't find any verifiable info on this guy or whatever company he's with.

Also they contacted my ex wife about this. That's just wildly inexcusable. No idea how they got her number or why they thought that was okay.
