Signed me up for a service I didn't want and can't cancel

Albert.com signed me up for a service on their app that I didn't want or need. I emailed them right away and they told me I could deactivate my account. But when I tried, their link just stops working. It doesn't go through. I have screenshots of all the emails and the broken link. They still took $39.99 from me.
