Ordered one thing, got sent something completely different when I tried to return it

I bought something from the website alexander-hampton.com. The stuff they sent didn't have any tags or labels on it. It just felt off.

So we asked to return it. They had us send it back. But then the item they claimed we returned was totally different. It wasn't the thing in the picture and it wasn't even the first thing they mailed me. Nothing made sense.

There's no phone number to call, just an email. I never got my money back.
