Recruiter asked me to pay for documents I never heard of

A really formal recruiter reached out to me about a job. Sounded great, really attractive offer. So I sent my resume like normal.

Then they asked for a TALEO/Workable Career Brand Statement and Executive Bio. I told them I didn't have those. They said I needed them to move forward. So they sent me to another person, said they were an expert at making these documents. Their email was [email protected] or [email protected].

Then they asked me to pay money for a "document package" to set it all up. That's when it felt off. I didn't pay anything.
