Booked a hotel through Trivago, ALGOTELS took $570 and won't give it back.
After that, I got an email from ALGOTELS. They said my booking was non-refundable. I called and emailed and even texted them so many times. They finally said the booking was cancelled but they were keeping my money. They just took the $570.
Every time I talked to someone, they blamed someone else. They blamed Trivago. They blamed the hotel in Whistler. One person even tried to blame the war in the Middle East. It was supposed to be a birthday gift for my wife. No one cared or showed any effort to help. It felt so wrong.
