Paid for a course certificate on Alison but never got it
I did a Nursing and Caregiving course on the Alison website. I finished it and passed. They make you pay for a certificate. I paid $89 for the digital one, but then I couldn't get it.
I emailed the company. Someone named Natasha emailed back with instructions on how to claim it. I did what she said, but the certificate wasn't in my account settings anywhere. I even sent a copy of my receipt and asked her to just email the certificate to me directly. Nothing ever came. I paid the money and got nothing for it.
