Paid for a truck seat and got nothing but fee requests

I bought an OBS truck seat online and they told me it shipped through “Sky Port Shipping.” Then after I paid they contacted me and asked for more money. They said it was refundable insurance and a duty fee and a stamp duty fee. All these fees came after the shipping and they wanted me to pay through Cash App and Zelle not a real carrier invoice. Every time I paid they just asked for another fee.

I talked to my bank and looked into shipping scams and found out real carriers don't charge refundable insurance or customs fees after shipping and they don't take Cash App or Zelle. Nothing ever showed up. No package.
