Contractor took fifty thousand for roof and walked off job

I am writing about a contractor called All in 1 Home Improvement Corp. Some guy from this company went up to an elderly couple at their house and handed them a flyer. The flyer had a contractor number on it that was not licensed. The address on it is 83 Lisbon Street in San Francisco but that's not a real business office.

He gave them a phone number (925) 922-0045 but it doesn't take messages. Within a week of that first meeting he asked for and got over fifty thousand dollars to fix a chimney and roof. He started the work but just left and never finished it. On top of that he didn't pay his workers so now those workers keep coming back to the couple's house asking for their money. Total loss was 52,000 dollars.
