They backed out of buying my land right before closing after lying about access
I was contacted by this company about purchasing my land. I was skeptical from the start, so I asked all the questions about if this was a legit place. I was told it was real and that the only way they'd back out is if the property wasn't buildable. I disclosed there was no access to the property. They knew.
Then, two days before we were scheduled to close, they call me and say there's no access. They lied and said they called the neighbors to ask for access. That's a lie. I'm friends with the neighbor and they said no one called them. After that, I just got an email with a Docusign to cancel the contract for no reason.
This company is preying on people. They had absolutely no reason to terminate my contract except that it wasn't an easy flip for them. If I could give a negative review score I would. This company should be ashamed.
