A month ago I was looking for an suv and We were recommend for a friend to go to [redacted]otors, he was totally right because we bought a Kia Sorento, with an awsome attention and costumer Service from the dealer in [redacted].! I'm so happy with my car!

They took more than 24 hours to call me back for the pre-approval process. Gave me an excuse they were busy. Called over 7 times and left voicemails with no response. I lost a full day because of this. Finally, when they called me, they apologized and promised a rewarding experience. When we got there, [redacted] & [redacted] (not sure how you spell it) was nice when going for a test drive of the vehicle, but after that it was horrible thereafter. Received disrespect from [redacted] to the highest level. Very rude, and felt like he wanted to force me to buy the car as if I had no other option. Tried to make me feel stupid and the advertised price was not real. They had a disclaimer hidden in their description, but in another area of the site, that disclaimer was the total opposite. The attitude was very negative, and I would not recommend this dealer at all. I have owned 6 cars in my life and never had this bad experience. [redacted] was alright and more polite, but [redacted] basically made him feel like [redacted] right in front of us.
