Ordered from Ameleura.com, took my money and went silent

I placed an order on Ameleura.com on February 25th. The next day I got an email confirmation for the order, and that was it. They never gave me a shipping date or any update after that.

I've tried emailing their customer service at [email protected] multiple times. Nobody ever replies. It's been 91 dollars just gone. The site seems to have taken my money and disappeared.
