Harassing loan calls from a number I don't know

I keep getting these harassing loan calls from 888-269-4978. They call me all day, every single day. I've told them to stop calling me, but they don't listen. They're very aggressive and rude on the phone.

I never gave them my number. I never applied for any loan with them. I think they got my number from some website, maybe from when I made an online purchase. It's driving me crazy and I need it to stop.
