Voicemail about a loan I never applied for

I got this voicemail from (833) 728-9828 from someone named Stephanie Howard saying she was with the underwriting department at American Loans. She said they reevaluated a request I made for up to $58,000 and now I might qualify even if I was declined before or have lower credit. I never made any loan inquiry for that amount. I never even heard of American Loans.

The message said to call back at (844) 658-2484 to speak with underwriting. It sounded like a phishing thing. They said it was time sensitive and to call to opt out if not interested. I just deleted it. No money lost but it felt strange getting a voicemail like that out of nowhere.

Call from Stephanie Howard about a loan I never asked for

Got a call from someone named Stephanie Howard saying she was with the underwriting department at American Loans. She said it was Tuesday May 11th and they reevaluated my previous request for up to $58,000. I never made any loan request. She said due to updates I might qualify even if I was declined before or have lower credit.

The number she gave to call back was 844-658-2484. She said it was time sensitive and to call today. I didn't call back. It just felt strange because I don't remember applying for anything like that. I think it's phishing or something. The caller ID showed 833-936-4741.

Got a call about a loan I never asked for

I got a call from someone named Stephanie Howard. She said she was from American Loans. She told me I had a loan for $58,000. I never applied for any loan with them. She left a number to call back, 707-607-0819. I don't know who this is or why they're calling me about money I didn't ask for. It felt really off.
