Threatening letter about my property with no real company name

I got this letter in the mail that was supposed to be from Amerifirst something about a mortgage against my property. It listed my property address right there in the letter. It felt threatening.

There was a fake waiver attached for $199.00 and the only contact was a phone number 1-888-679-0672. No company website or address or anything. Just that number. They told me to call it.

I didn't call. I don't know who these people are. But the letter was scary and made it sound like something was wrong with my property. I didn't lose any money but it felt really off.
