Letter with my bank’s name on it about home warranty

Got a letter in the mail that says FINAL NOTICE in red at the top. Then right under that it says SECURED BY: and then the name of my bank. It has my name and address on it. It says my home’s policy at my address may be expiring or already expired. Says there are two active service advisories in my area with some codes I never heard of and that I haven’t called them to update my home warranty.

Then it goes on with a bunch of dire warnings about coverage lapse and financial liability. At the bottom in bold it says to call 1-877-418-2317 right away. Signed by Andy Perkins, Program Director.

It feels off. No real company name on it. Just a phone number and a fake sounding title.
