Getting harassing calls about a loan I never took out

I keep getting these harassing calls from 888-269-4978. They're calling me multiple times a day, sometimes really early or late at night. The person on the phone is aggressive and keeps demanding I pay a debt that isn't mine.

I've told them over and over to stop calling, that they have the wrong person. But they just keep calling. It's causing me so much stress and anxiety. I never applied for any loan from them and I definitely never got one.

The whole thing feels off. I looked into it and found a website, aneseskin.com, and an email, [email protected], connected to some online purchase scam. I lost money to that. But this loan thing is separate and just as harassing.
