Getting constant calls about loans I never asked for

I keep getting phone calls from someone named Anthony Parker. There's always a voicemail. It says, "This is Anthony Parker calling from loan underwriting" and then he starts talking about offering loans for different amounts of money.

I never requested any of this. I never applied for a loan from him. The calls just keep coming. In the message, he tells you to call back at (844) 509-3177.

The number showing up on my phone is (857) 279-9725. I don't know who this is or why they have my number, but I want the calls to stop.
