Ordered dentures online, got something totally unusable and now no one answers

I ordered from that website aoyaanew.com and when I got the package it was literally not acceptable. Like I don’t even know what to say. It was supposed to be this high quality denture set with food grade safety certification and buy one get one free and all these good reviews. But what showed up was just junk.

I tried emailing the company at [email protected]. I sent five emails and every single one comes back saying the mailbox is full or something. And the emails that do go through are written in Chinese so I can’t even read them. Total money lost was $40.00.

The listing said “Awarded the highest food-grade safety certification” and “High-quality denture set” and “98.9% positive reviews” but none of that matters when you can’t even get a refund. I just want to return the item and get my money back.
