Phone call promising great results then no help after payment

I should not have even answered the phone. But they talked me up, flattery about great results, and I got pressured into subscribing. Then they just left me hanging. They did not care at all after they got my payment info.

When I finally got my rep’s attention, he just told me to call customer service. Not responsible. They say they are too busy and they will try to help you sometime. I lost $550.
