Ordered from AquacatsUSA.com, never got my item and can't reach them

I ordered a product from AquacatsUSA.com and I never received it. The tracking number they gave me was invalid. I tried to contact them by email and all they told me was to wait 60 days. I waited, and it's past that now. It's past the time for a return or refund too.

Now when I try to contact them, I get no response. The phone number to reach them isn't right either, it's something like 4-917-634-941961 which doesn't make any sense. I lost almost $15. Nothing ever showed up and I can't get ahold of anyone.
