Ordered something from an Instagram link, never got it and can't get a refund.

I saw a product on Instagram and ordered it through their link. The website was Aqualifyas. I paid $64.96. After I ordered, I got a tracking number, but it was from Spain. I waited a few days and the tracking never updated. It just stopped.

It's been almost two months now and I still don't have the product. I emailed their support address asking what was going on and for a refund. They just keep telling me to wait, that it's on the way. But the tracking hasn't moved in all this time, so that doesn't make any sense.

I'm not getting anywhere with them. I had to contact PayPal to try and get my money back.
