Ordered a sweater from a TicTok ad and never got it or a refund

I saw an ad on TicTok for a Men's Cosplay Christmas Tree Ugly Sweater. I bought one in Red, size 3XL, for $51.38. I got an order confirmation email on December 18th from some shop email address.

On February 24th, I emailed [email protected] because I never got the sweater. I sent another email on March 3rd saying I'd contact the BBB if I didn't hear back. They finally replied on March 4th and said my package was lost in transit. I asked for my money back.

It's now March 13th and I still haven't gotten any update or my $51.38 refund. Nothing.
