Ordered art as a gift and never got it

I ordered an art from ArtVibe Wellness on 12/8/2025. It was a gift for my granddaughter. I never got it.

Tracking said it was delivered to another address on January 21. Then it said it was undeliverable and being returned to sender. I asked them to send it directly to my granddaughter because we were having mail held for 60 days. She never got anything.

I sent a lot of emails asking for a full refund. They just put me off and gave me the run-around. I lost $49.92. I have all the emails I sent them.
