Signed up for a $5 vet question and got charged $65 a month with no way to cancel

I went on askavet.com to ask a quick question about my dog. It said $5 for the question so I put in my card. Then next thing I know they charged me $65 and it keeps happening every month. I never agreed to that.

There is no phone number to call and the website is basically useless. I tried to cancel but the only option they give you is to sign up for some other service that charges you a fee to cancel. So I would have to pay even more money just to stop them from taking my money. That doesn't make any sense. I just want them to stop charging me and give me my $65 back.
